Little mover

Lucy is crawling around everywhere, pulling herself up to standing, and finding all kinds of things to get into. She likes to open the drawer with her bottle stuff, find the nipples, and then suck on them. It is funny! She pulls herself up on the couch, chairs, me, or her favorite, the dog Gracie. That works great unless Gracie decides to move before Lucy sits down again. One nice thing is that once Lucy gets herself up to standing, she is not afraid to sit down on her own. Plop! Of course, she tumbles here and there, and has bruises on her head and legs, but that is par for the course. She's a tough girl. A very exciting development is that Lucy's first tooth is finally breaking through!!! Yea!!! It still is quite small, but it is nice that she has something to show for all of the teething pain she has dealt with. She loves to eat things like avocado, grated cheese, blueberries and frijoles. She loves those beans! We have been having some beautiful October weather here, sunny and warm for Fall, and it just smells so good outside. :) My Mom Pam celebrated her birthday on Sunday, Happy Birthday Mom! I hope that everyone is well and loving life!
